How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule your appointment by phone, in person or online. Simply book an appointment online with our easy to navigate booking form. We’ll confirm your booking and send you a reminder so you wont forget.
Are reservations necessary?
We highly recommend making reservations in advance, but feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation.
From time to time we can handle walk in appointments.
Colouring Questions
Can I wash my hair after a colour service?
Yes, as long as it is a shampoo for colour care. This will help to protect your investment for a longer period of time.
Should I wash my hair before I do a colour treatment?
Yes, clean hair allows products to perform better. Hair build-up doesn’t allow products to perform at its 100%.
Can I bring pictures of what I want ?
Hairdressers are very visual and the Chipper Hair team love you to bring pictures of the looks you are wanting to achieve. We also have pictures in the salon for you to be inspired by. The pictures will give us a clear idea of the look you are going for, then we can give you options based on your current hair colour, hair condition and facial features and colouring.
